Walmart in Kirksville, MO is seeking a store leadership role to drive sales, supervise hourly associates, hire and train staff, and ensure execution of company standards. You will manage budgets, merchandising, and store operations to deliver exceptional customer service and community impact.

The role requires minimum qualifications including college credits and supervisory experience; a comprehensive compensation package with benefits and performance bonuses is available.

Competenze

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• For facilities that sell only ammunition, a state-specific Certificate of Eligibility may be required.

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and communicating feedback.
• Drives store operations, merchandising, and customer service to achieve sales and service goals.
• Manages budgets, forecasts, and expenses while mitigating shrink and ensuring P&L targets.
