Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by modeling Walmart’s OBW standards and resolving issues.
• Drive store region financials by reviewing PL, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Coordinate plans with stakeholders and promote continuous learning and adaptation.
• Promote a culture of belonging and lock in staffing to meet growth and staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Open Door accountability.
