Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring and recognition.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and supports ethics, integrity and Open Door guidance.
