You will lead customer service initiatives, manage budgets, and implement business solutions in collaboration with associates at all levels.

The role emphasizes integrity, belonging, and continuous improvement, with a focus on implementing the One Best Way service model and leveraging data insights to enhance the customer

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college, or 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• For firearms-selling facilities, CBC and training may be required.
• Associates must complete required trainings and assessments.
