Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete job trainings and assessments.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops teams effectively by training and listening to associates, touring stores, giving feedback and guiding changes.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training and mentoring.
