TD Bank Group in Boston seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team in delivering top-tier service, sales, and operational results. You will guide advisors, strengthen customer relationships, and provide end-to-end banking support with TD’s trusted, personalized approach.

You will manage complex service scenarios, coach staff, and drive growth through proactive advice and referrals while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong community presence.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team to deliver day-to-day service, sales and operational objectives in a Store location.
• Provide advice and guidance to customers, building trust with educational content and tools.
• Manage lead generation through Self-Generated Leads and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while delivering personalized service.
• Drive store performance by achieving daily/quarterly/annual objectives.
