TD is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Boston, MA to lead service, sales, and operations at the store level. The role focuses on growing customer relationships by TD's model of convenience, sales and advice, and delivering a personalized experience with strong team leadership on the teller line or platform.

You will guide a team to meet daily and quarterly objectives, coach staff, ensure compliance, and provide high-level customer service, leveraging TD's diverse product knowledge for

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
