Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing associates to achieve goals.
• Experience using KPIs and data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates to deliver a favorable customer experience.
• Lead teams in planning and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Develop action plans from survey results and communicate with associates.
• Identify opportunities and create timely solutions with department heads.
• Model inclusive leadership and ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage store operations in the manager's absence and monitor budgets.
• Drive sales, reduce shrink, and improve department contribution.
• Support budgeting discussions and labor cost management.
• Communicate information to staff and coordinate with district managers.
