Job summary

A leadership training program lasting three weeks or more will prepare you for success. You will be part of a fast-paced team, with progressive development opportunities and a strong focus on guest service and operational excellence

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a store leadership training program (3+ weeks).
