Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service model (C.H.A.R.M).
• Lead store team and support daily operations including opening/closing, POS, stock, pricing, and cleanliness.
• Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with Store Manager to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
• Act as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product collaborations, launches, and initiatives.
