You will manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and customer service standards while modeling Crocs’ values and brand ambassador behaviors. Prior leadership and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience; leadership preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver exceptional consumer experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and store recovery.
• Coordinate tasks with Store Manager to ensure timely completion.
