O’Reilly Auto Parts in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations in Rochester, MN. You will lead the team, drive service quality, and cover shifts as needed to keep the store running smoothly.

You’ll also assist with hiring, staff development, and ensuring proper processing of invoices, returns, and daily procedures. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to serve diverse customers.

Qualifikationen

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Aufgaben

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and execute service programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in hiring, interviewing and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure smooth daily operations.
