O'Reilly Auto Parts in Rochester, MN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role leads a team, ensures daily staffing, and drives excellent service for retail and professional customers.

You will assist in hiring, coach team members, and manage opening/closing duties, while promoting bilingual communication and a culture of continuous improvement. Competitive compensation and full benefits accompany this position.

Formación

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, coaching, and training.
• Assist in hiring by interviewing and evaluating candidates with management.
• Ensure all orders, returns, and transfers are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
