Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Coordinate with district and store managers on recruiting, hiring, and evaluations.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in interviewing and selecting qualified candidates.
• Ensure safety training and schedule/payroll processes are followed.
• Support store manager with sales calls and store operations.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and daily KPI reporting; review P&L with manager.
