Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and scheduling.
• Develop operational action plans and identify training opportunities.
• Ensure store performance and customer service standards.
• Oversee cash handling policies and inventory procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage, and comply with company policies.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and training new employees.
