Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Prior management experience in retail.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating store operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads store personnel and sets performance expectations.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district support as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and makes recommendations for advancement.
• Manages personnel, including promotions and terminations when appropriate.
• Ensures policy compliance and safe store operations.
• Plans and conducts team and management meetings and training sessions.
