The program leads to ownership of a store, with a starting wage of $29.50 per hour and a first-year earning potential of $80,500–$105,000 including bonus where applicable. 45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
