Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Lexington, SC to lead daily store operations while developing teams and driving results. You will work hands-on in stocking, merchandising, customer service, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time program offers industry-leading training and growth opportunities with a starting wage of $29.50 per hour and a clear path to a store leadership career, including potential annual earnings between $80,500 and $105,000

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Develops action plans using company provided resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees the appropriate resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with the district manager, as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including recommending personnel for advancement and termination as appropriate.
• Communicates, cooperates, and interacts effectively with all levels of ALDI personnel, customers, vendors and business partners.
• Leads, develops, and supervises the team to develop sales, engage our teams, satisfy our customers and achieve high performance.
• Understands and oversees the execution of the overarching company strategy while modeling core values.
