Job summary

Blue Link Wireless is seeking a Store Manager who will own the location, lead the team on the floor, drive customer experience, and deliver results. You set the tone, coach your staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Wireless retail experience helps, but leadership, ownership, and the ability to read data and act on gaps are essential. You will hire, train, schedule, and handle escalations to maintain BLW standards. This is a full-time role with base pay plus commission and incentives.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Min 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations end to end and manage the floor team.
• Sell alongside the team and uphold customer experience standards on every shift.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and real-time coaching on the floor.
• Review sales data, identify gaps, and act to improve performance.
• Balance schedules, handle escalations, and protect brand standards.
