Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, seeks a Store Leader to own the location, team, culture, and results. You lead from the floor, drive customer experience, and own outcomes with a hands-on approach.

Wireless/retail leadership and the ability to coach and develop staff are essential. You will manage daily store operations, supervise scheduling, monitor sales data, support hiring, and ensure compliance with company policies while representing BLW in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high energy and organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end.
• Sell alongside the team and uphold customer experience standards on every shift.
• Support hiring efforts and identify talent that fits the BLW culture.
• Onboard and coach the team with real-time skill transfers on the floor.
• Review sales data, identify gaps, and act before patterns emerge.
• Balance store schedules for coverage and fairness; ensure efficiency.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with BLW policies and procedures; represent BLW publicly.
