Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• High energy, organized, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations.
• Sell alongside your team and maintain customer experience standards.
• Support hiring efforts and identify talent that fits BLW culture.
• Onboard and develop your team with real-time coaching on the floor.
• Review sales data, identify gaps, and act before patterns emerge.
• Balance the store schedule for coverage and efficiency.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with BLW policies and procedures.
• Represent BLW at community events to grow the customer base.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
