Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• High energy, organized, and calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end
• Sell alongside your team and uphold exceptional customer experience on every shift
• Support hiring efforts and identify talent that fits the BLW culture
• Onboard and coach your team daily through real-time coaching on the floor
• Review sales data, identify gaps, and act before patterns emerge
• Balance the store schedule for coverage, fairness, and efficiency
• Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Represent BLW at community events to build brand loyalty and grow customers
