Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Store Manager to own the location and lead the team on the floor. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, performance, and store operations end-to-end. Wireless industry experience helps but isn’t strictly required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• High energy, organized and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end.
• Sell alongside your team and uphold the customer experience on every shift.
• Assist hiring efforts and identify talent that fits the BLW culture.
• Onboard and develop your team daily through coaching on the floor.
• Review sales data, spot gaps, and act before patterns form.
• Balance the store schedule for coverage and efficiency.
• Handle escalations with professionalism and resolve.
• Represent BLW at events to grow the customer base.
