Wireless retail background helps, but is not required; the role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and ownership of outcomes. You will manage schedules, coach on the floor, and balance customer care with store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and drive store performance.
• Sell alongside your team while maintaining customer experience standards.
• Support hiring and onboarding and coach teammates on the floor.
• Review sales data to identify gaps and act promptly.
