Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead personal and store sales, manage a team of up to 15, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience while driving revenue growth.

You will oversee operations, implement sales strategies, and model the brand with attention to profitability, training, and workplace culture. The role reports to the retail leadership and requires evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a business unit with a sales retail emphasis.
• Proficient in MS Office 365, financial understanding, interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, training, and support to sales teams to improve sales techniques and performance.
• Lead and supervise the entire employee life cycle including recruitment, training, development and succession planning.
• Sustain store profitability by managing financial metrics, margins, and P&L statements.
• Model and teach product knowledge; champion brand strategy and exceptional customer experience.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and events; ensure operational excellence and compliance.
