Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a business unit with a sales retail emphasis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and financial understanding.
• Strong interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, training, and support to sales teams to improve sales techniques and performance.
• Lead and supervise the employee life cycle including recruitment, training, and development.
• Sustain store profitability by managing financial metrics and margins.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and events to improve market performance.
