Job summary

Yesway is hiring a Retail Supervisor to back up the Store Manager with staff development, scheduling, and daily store operations. You will help train the team, schedule shifts, and address store issues to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, maintaining compliance, assisting with audits, stocking merchandise, and monitoring end-of-day profits. A minimum of 1 year supervising in retail or similar is preferred; HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
• One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Oversee guest transactions to provide hospitality.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lotteries, stock audits and vendor/d.waste controls.
