The position also involves audits, merchandise placement, and monitoring store profitability through end-of-day procedures and waste controls in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising teams in fast-paced retail or food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing transactions.
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
