Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build a culture of working back from the customer.
• Lead a growth-oriented sales culture to achieve store business results.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences through the Five Below service model.
• Anticipate customer needs and create an amazing store environment.
• Lead execution of merchandising and operational standards with Brand Standards.
• Develop a high performing crew and hire talent with the right skills.
• Ensure an inclusive culture and employee engagement.
• Coach and train team; provide frequent feedback.
• Present data clearly and listen to inspire trust among reports.
• Partner with District Manager and HR for coaching and employee relations matters.
• Maintain a safe environment for customers and crew.
• Manage payroll budgets and crew schedules competitively.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies.
