Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering staff.
• Experience in merchandising and marketing program execution.
• Ability to analyze store reports and take corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach store employees in service delivery and operations.
• Develop leaders, empower staff, and drive retention.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards program promotion.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure product in-stock.
• Exhibit strong oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; retail management experience acceptable.
• Have a valid Driver’s License and maintain automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
