7-Eleven is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and developing staff while executing merchandising and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required if retail management experience.
• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Develop leaders, empower employees, and encourage retention.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive store performance and changes.
