Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience acceptable.
• Valid Driver's License and automotive liability insurance during employment.
• Ability to multi-task, bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Focus on retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
