7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Florida to join a strong management team. You will lead store staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive merchandising programs under the Store Leader guidance.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Identify and develop leaders, boosting retention and employee productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in line with health procedures.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• HS diploma or GED preferred; 1 year of Retail Management acceptable.
• Hold a valid driver's license and maintain auto insurance.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
