7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team in Florida. This role offers full-time hours and hands-on leadership experience with comprehensive training and advancement opportunities.

You will lead store teams, drive customer service, and support merchandising initiatives while promoting our loyalty program. The position emphasizes coaching, operational excellence, safety and in-store execution, with competitive pay and a focus on internal advancement.

Qualifikationen

• Oversee customer service leadership with the Store Leader.
• Focus on retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing programs.
• Commitment to cash handling, fuel transactions and loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and health/sanitation standards.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.
• HS diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year Retail Management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License from state of residence.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
