7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in Florida to join a focused management team and drive excellent customer service. The role offers full-time hours with opportunities to gain valuable leadership experience and competitive pay.

You will train staff, coach teams, and support merchandising and marketing programs while promoting the loyalty program and ensuring store standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required if retail management experience exists.
• Minimum 1 year of Retail Management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service leadership, coaching, and training abilities.
• Proven ability to manage merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficient in cash handling, fuel transactions, and using loyalty programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Assist in maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Help implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure product availability.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.
