Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Store Manager in Woburn, MA to lead store operations, coach a team, and uphold top-notch customer service. This role drives merchandising, marketing execution, and profitability while training and developing a high-performing staff.

The Store Leader will oversee cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, compliant environment. Prior supervisory experience and a willingness to grow with our “activate awesome” culture are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Experience in retail management and supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Identify and develop qualified applicants, build leaders, empower employees, and encourage productivity.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive business changes.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
