Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and develop the store team. The Store Leader Trainee will work with assistants to execute merchandising, marketing initiatives, and customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes internal promotion, leadership development, and a focus on training and skills growth within the store network. Immediate hiring is noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior retail management or supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching for all store staff.
• Develop leaders, recruit qualified applicants, and promote retention.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive performance.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and ensure products are in-stock.
