7-Eleven Store Leader Trainee in North Carolina is responsible for developing leadership within the team, delivering excellent customer service, and executing merchandising and marketing programs to grow store profitability.

You will use store reports and basic P&L concepts to implement improvements, manage cash handling and loyalty promotions, and maintain a clean, safe store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching.
• Develop leaders, identify strong applicants and promote retention.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales.
• Use store reports and P&L to drive store improvements.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure compliance with health procedures.
