Job summary

You will drive merchandising execution, training, and coaching while ensuring safety, cash accuracy, and loyalty-program promotion. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; retail management experience is a plus.
• Experience leading teams, coaching staff, and driving customer service.
• Ability to manage cash, transactions, and loyalty programs with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all staff.
• Develop leaders, empower employees, and foster a productive store culture.
