Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership with the Store Leader for all team members.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, and empower staff to stay productive.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store; ensure products are in stock and presentable.
