7-Eleven in New York is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join the management team and assist the Store Leader in supervising staff and delivering top-notch customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role aimed at developing leadership capabilities within a fast-paced retail environment.

You will participate in merchandising execution, staff training, and cash handling while promoting loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Oversee and coach store staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate strong merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and loyalty program promotion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations alongside the Store Leader.
• Lead, train, and retain a high-performing team to improve store performance.
• Ensure health and sanitation standards and ensure products are in-stock.
