7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in New York. You will lead frontline staff, coach and train employees, and ensure excellent customer service while executing merchandising and marketing programs.

The role involves cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program, with a focus on safety and stock management. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of retail management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Oversee customer service leadership with store team.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, promote loyalty program.
• Maintain clean, safe environment per health procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication; computer skills.
• Diploma or GED preferred; at least 1 year retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance during employment.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
