Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. seeks a Store Manager to lead and grow our store operations in North Carolina. You will manage a leadership team, drive merchandising and marketing initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service while optimizing profitability and store performance.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and developing team members; prior supervisory experience in retail is preferred. This position is full-time and on-site, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees, and encourage productivity to maintain high retention.
• Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote our rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
