Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive sales, manage operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. The Store Leader Trainee role offers hands-on training and opportunities to advance within a fast-paced retail environment in North Carolina.

You will oversee merchandising, staffing, and coaching, use P&L and store reports to improve performance, handle cash and promotions, and ensure a clean, safe store that meets health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to oversee customer service leadership and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead store leadership team to manage merchandising and marketing.
• Drive store profitability and customer service excellence.
• Develop skills of the entire store team.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs; analyze store reports to drive change.
