7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Store Manager to lead a store team, drive profitability, and ensure outstanding customer service. The Store Leader works with an Assistant to execute merchandising, marketing initiatives, and training.

The role requires supervisory experience and a track record in retail operations. Fast-paced environment offers growth and training programs within a national convenience network.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with retail management experience.
• Valid Driver's License from state of residence with active auto-liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Develop leaders, identify qualified applicants, empower employees, and encourage productivity.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock.
