Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team and providing customer service leadership.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff and foster retention.
• Proven track record in merchandising and marketing program execution.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to drive business decisions.
• Strong cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards program awareness.
