Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and mentor a diverse team across the United States. You will partner with leadership to deliver merchandising, customer service, and safety standards while building a positive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred, with retail management experience advantageous.
• Experience leading a team and delivering customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of merchandising and promotional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
• Oversee merchandising, marketing programs, and store presentation.
• Use P&L and reports to drive store improvements and profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Coach and develop employees to improve retention and performance.
• Communicate clearly with staff and leadership teams.
