Job summary

7-Eleven in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach the team, and drive top-line results. You will work with an Assistant and the store leadership team to execute merchandising and marketing initiatives while ensuring excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes people development, cash handling, fuel transactions, and use of store reports to improve performance. A high school diploma or GED and retail leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; retail management experience required.
• Ability to oversee merchandising, marketing programs and store operations.
• Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all staff.
• Develop leaders, optimize staffing, and promote employee retention.

• Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements and profitability.
