7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and operational excellence across merchandising, inventory, and daily store tasks.

The Store Leader will develop talent, oversee a leadership team, and implement programs to promote growth and high performance within the store. Prior supervisory experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a store team and deliver strong customer service.
• Experience training and developing staff to improve performance.
• Experience implementing merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for all store employees.
• Develop and mentor the store team to improve performance and retention.
• Drive merchandising/marketing programs to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to guide operational changes and improvements.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure products are stocked.
