7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader Trainee in Richmond, Indiana. You will join a dynamic leadership team, overseeing daily operations, coaching staff, and delivering superior customer service in a fast-paced convenience store environment.

The role emphasizes merchandising execution, loyalty program promotion, cash handling, and maintaining store standards. A strong candidate will have retail supervisory experience and be ready to grow into a Store Leader position.

Qualifikationen

• Preference for a High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, training, and coaching abilities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store staff.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales and brand standards.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards loyalty program.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to identify and drive performance improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock and properly presented.
